Danielle Lay

Experience

Danielle Lay first joined the team at Schwartz Fotopoulos & Green in 2018 as a Paralegal and was hired as an Associate Attorney after being admitted to the Illinois State Bar. She represents victims for injuries arising from medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, products liability and other personal injury claims.

Danielle received her J.D., from DePaul University College of Law. Danielle was honored as a CALI award recipient for achieving the highest grade in a given class in Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Pretrial Litigation.

Danielle grew up in Lombard, Illinois and graduated from Elmhurst College (now Elmhurst University) where she majored in Political Science and Urban Studies.
